INVOICING ISSUES:
– Recent Ebay changes are causing issues when invoicing more than 40 items:
– Once you have more than 40 items (or multiples of 40) any additional items can

longer be combined in an invoice.
– Please make payment for the invoiced items only and you will receive a new invoice for the remainder

– Or you can make payment for all items and you will be refunded the postage that you piad too much.
– Because of these issues
payment must be made once you have purchased over 40 items

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY STILL BE SUBJECT TO DELAYS:
– South-East Europe (Balkan) : 4 weeks
– Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 8 to 12 weeks
– Latin America, South-East Asia: 4 to 6 weeks
– China: shipping with B-Post only but this is more expensive! Invoices are included for customs as too many shipments are blocked by Chinese customs
– No shipping to Russia, Belarus or Ukraine at the moment

TERMS OF SALE
:
Shipping is combined whenever possible. After the auction ends you will always receive a combined invoice for your purchases. Please
WAIT
with paying until you receive that invoice or we will not be able to adjust shipping costs correctly. As indicated above we can no longer invoice any additional items once you have more than 40.
We will combine all your unpaid items for a
maximum of 14 days or until you reach 40 items, whichever comes first.
After that payment
must
be made or ebay will
automatically
cancel the sale a few days later. There are NO exceptions possible, payment
must
be made after 14 days or the sale will be cancelled. Buyers who do not pay will be permanently blocked.
We can only combine UNPAID items, once an invoice or item is paid it will be shipped, w
e can not hold back paid invoices or add later purchases.
Please pay
all
your unpaid invoices at the same time. Separate payment means separate shipment and additional shipping costs may be charged.
Ebay manages all payments, you can only pay through the options Ebay provides. We do NOT accept banktransfers.

invoice over 50$:
registered airmail shipping with tracking = 7 US$ and 0,10$ per additional item.
European Union (except Romania), Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Japan
invoice less than 50$ : economy airmail shipping (no tracking) = 3 US$ and 0,10$ per additional item. Registered shipping is optional but strongly advised (7 US$)

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
:
Most of our items are shipped with the German Post (Deutsche Post) and will first go to Germany before being forwarded to you.
Items are indicated as shipped in the Ebay system when we print out the invoices, the actual date of shipment is about two or three business days later.
Once shipped items are first transported to Germany for sorting and will then be forwarded to you
.
This takes another two business days.
Registered letters are scanned on arrival in the International Postal Sorting station in Germany, not before. So a delay of a few days before tracking is available is normal.
Depending on the country of destination and the value of the shipment, local import taxes my apply. Local import taxes and customs charges are always the responsibility of the
buyer
